GABA encourages company employees to take on demanding and varied jobs, in order to gain as much experience as possible. This basic idea is implemented in two stages:
1.
Individual development planning (IEP): The IEPs of GABA make it possible for employees together with their superiors to develop behavior patterns, abilities and knowledge which they need, in order to achieve fixed objectives.
2.
Follow-up planning: GABA has a global follow-up planning program, in order to make contingency plans for future GABA executive staff in the second and third generation.
